Biography

Michael Keibler recently served as Executive Director of the Career Scholars Program at Wayne State College in Nebraska, where he developed a scholarship-based co-op program funded by legislation and philanthropic efforts, growing the program from 30 to 350 students. In prior roles, he served at the University of Louisville School of Medicine, working with clinical elective rotations, and at the Speed School of Engineering, where he established co-op rotations and global opportunities.

As the new Executive Director of Employer Relations, he works closely across all school-based career centers, advocating for partnerships and serving as a central contact for talent recruiting and workforce partnerships. His goal is to provide multiple avenues for employers to connect with talented students, increase the supply of experiential learning opportunities and pathways, and engage IU Indy with the wider community.
