Submit a sponsorship request
If you would like for IU Indianapolis, including its regional education centers in Columbus and Fort Wayne, to consider sponsoring your event or activity, please make a request via the sponsorship portal below.
Requests will be considered on a rolling basis throughout the year, subject to available funds, but must be received at least three months prior to your event for consideration.
Our sponsorship review process
Sponsorship requests are reviewed by a cross-campus committee that includes representatives from the Office of Workforce and Community Engagement, Chancellor’s Office, Office of the Vice President for University Relations, and University Communications and Marketing, as well as representatives in Columbus and Fort Wayne when appropriate, in consultation with senior administration.
The committee evaluates proposals based on their potential to foster collaborative partnerships, advance academic or research engagement, and enhance community and workforce development. Please note that IU Indianapolis cannot support sponsorships related to political action committees, campaigns, candidates, ballot initiatives, or activities that benefit a private individual or for-profit company.
